If your hard drive has crashed, call us and schedule an appointment for data recovery and save all your valuable data. If it is infected with a virus, we can fix that also. We have the technical ability to configure all storage devices for maximum performance, whether it is your CDR, DVD, Floppy Drive, or Hard Drive.

Our trained technicians can reconfigure your motherboard, CPU, and memory for maximum efficiency and peak performance. If you are having trouble with your fax, modem or sound card we can diagnose the problem and provide a solution for that problem.

The JLP Group is not responsible for lost data.  Please back up all data on a regular basis and before any service. If you need data recovery we can provide different solution and try our best. We will only hold equipment brought in for a period of 3 months. Any equipment left longer than 3 months will be charged a storage fee.
